We have our servers and our workstations all hummed together in one main area. Most days are spent dealing with data and systems, so it’s usually pretty quiet inside, except for the constant tapping of keyboards and the occasional phone call. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the bank across the street is a constant landmark for us every single day. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much during rush hour, but we’ve learned the best times to leave to avoid the worst of it. We have a small corner where we keep the microwave and the kettle for our tea breaks. It’s a very normal, local business environment where we just focus on the day’s work without any distractions. There aren't any fancy posters on the walls or big mission statements to read. We just know what we have to do and we get on with it from our desks here in Paschim Vihar. It’s been our home base for a long time now.
