Kshipta Technologies Llp is based in the Vikaspuri area of West Delhi. Specifically, we are at Dg 3, 263. It’s a regular neighborhood with lots of shops and houses nearby. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just a room with some computers, a few filing cabinets, and some old notebooks scattered around. We started this company as a small partnership because we were tired of working in big offices with too many rules. Here, we just do our work and don't worry about corporate stuff. Most of our day is spent looking at software and trying to figure out why things aren't working right. It can be frustrating sometimes, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist to greet you. If the door is open, you can just walk in and talk to us. We handle our own emails and our own cleaning too. The team is very small, so we all have to do a bit of everything. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to keep things manageable and do a decent job for the people who hire us. Sometimes we stay late to finish a project, and other times we might take a long lunch break if the weather is nice. It’s a relaxed place to work, and we think that helps us do better work in the long run. We just keep it simple.
