Koncept Solution

Koncept Solution is tucked away in Nangloi at Shop No 219/4, Ratan Vihar. It’s just a simple storefront where we handle all sorts of technical stuff. We have a couple of old desks and chairs that have seen better days. The shop is often a bit of a mess with cables, broken keyboards, and different computer parts scattered around. We aren't those high-tech experts you see on TV. We’re just local guys who know how to fix things. Nangloi is a pretty noisy place, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait, which is just part of living and working here. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to answer the phones for us. If we’re busy working on a machine, we might not hear the door right away. We don't have a big plan to take over the industry or anything like that. We just want to solve the problems people bring to us and earn a bit of money. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we get stumped by a problem for a few days. We just keep at it until we figure it out. It’s a small, practical business and we like being part of the Ratan Vihar community. No big speeches here, just some guys and their tools trying to stay busy.
