Soft Info Technology Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Rz-27 in Kiran Garden, right on Hanuman Mandir Road. Being near the mandir means we hear the bells and the prayers every morning and evening. The street is usually crowded with people walking or cows wandering around. Our office is in a building that looks like a regular house from the outside. Inside, it’s all computers and desks. We have wires running along the floor and some whiteboards that are covered in scribbles and lists. It is a small team here. We don’t have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We just eat at our desks or go out to the main road for a snack. The lighting is just regular tube lights and it can get a bit hot in the afternoons if the power cuts out. We spend most of the time typing away or trying to figure out why a website isn't loading properly. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to the noise on Hanuman Mandir Road. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a project, and the street gets much quieter then. We know the local shops around here and they know us. It’s a basic setup where we just do our IT work and go home. No flashy signs or expensive furniture, just the tools we need.
