Keshav Spices And Food Products is based in Najafgarh, specifically over at Plot No. C-203 in the Balgali Colony. It’s a residential sort of area, so things stay relatively quiet around here compared to the main roads. We have been working out of this spot for a while, dealing with various food products and spices. Our setup is pretty basic. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just work space where we handle the goods. A typical day for us involves a lot of lifting and checking on the supplies we have in the back. We try to keep things moving so nothing sits around for too long. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of a hard time navigating the smaller streets in the colony, but we usually manage to get things sorted out. It’s just a few of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s cleaning up or helping with the packing. We don't really bother with big marketing plans or anything like that. We just focus on the food products we have and try to make sure they are handled properly. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we find a way to make it through the day. We are just local people trying to run a small business in our own neighborhood.
