You can find Kartheme at A-115 in Shakarpur. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of students and young people living in hostels nearby. Because of that, our days are usually full of people asking for fast internet setups or looking for the newest gadgets. The shop isn't very large, so it can get a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at once. We have shelves filled with boxes and wires, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer is looking for. The street outside is always filled with the sound of horns and people walking to the metro station. We started this place because we liked the energy of Shakarpur. It’s not a fancy office; it’s just a practical space where we work on phones and computers. We don't use any complicated words when explaining what is wrong with a device. We just tell it like it is. If something can't be fixed, we say so. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chair behind the counter squeaks a bit, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time on our feet, dealing with one thing after another. It is a lot of hard work, but we like being part of the community here. Most of our customers come back because they know we are just regular people working a regular job.
