Karamsar Technology Pvt.Ltd. is tucked away at K-13 in Udhyog Nagar. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so there are always trucks moving and the sound of machinery in the distance. Our building is pretty straightforward, just a functional space where we handle all our technical work. We have a lot of tools and parts scattered across the workbenches. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but there’s a system to it all. Most of us here have been working with technology for years, so we don’t need a lot of instruction. We just show up at K-13, put on our work gear, and start on whatever is on the list for the day. The air in Udhyog Nagar can be a bit heavy with the smell of grease and exhaust, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some biscuits for when we take a break. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we're usually too busy to worry about that. People come to us because they know we are here and we know our stuff. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and we plan on staying. It’s a solid place to work, and the people here are good, hardworking folks who just want to do a decent job and go home to their families at night. That is just how we do things here.
