Jyoti Traders

We operate out of House No. Z-41 in Shyam Vihar, Phase-1. Najafgarh is where we’ve always been. Jyoti Traders isn’t a fancy warehouse; it’s more of a home-based business that grew over time. We handle a variety of goods, mostly just whatever our regular clients are looking for. The street outside is unpaved in some parts, and it gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up. We have things stored in the front room and sometimes even in the hallway if a big shipment arrives. It’s a bit of a juggle to keep everything organized, but we manage. Our family lives nearby, so someone is almost always around if a customer drops by unexpectedly. We don't have a big staff, just us and maybe a helper or two when things get really busy. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it’s a friendly place to be. We’ve known most of the people on this block for years. We don't bother with fancy brochures or marketing. Word of mouth is how most people find us. It’s a basic trading setup. We buy, we sell, and we make sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes the paperwork take longer, but we get it done. It’s just our way of making a living here in Shyam Vihar. We have our routines and we stick to them daily.
