The main road in Tilak Nagar is a very noisy place to have a business. Our address is 30 A and it sits right between a small grocery store and a place that fixes shoes. Jogesh Sharma started this a while back because there was a need for it in the area. It’s not a big office with air conditioning and fancy chairs. We just have a few wooden desks and some old filing cabinets that don't always close right. You can hear the buses and rickshaws honking all day long. It makes it hard to talk on the phone sometimes, so we usually prefer if people just walk in. We don't have a website or a social media page. We just do the work that comes through the door. Usually, it's neighbors or people who work nearby. We spend a lot of time drinking chai and talking about the news while we handle our tasks. It is just a few of us here. We don't have a manager or a boss who wears a suit. Jogesh is usually wearing a plain shirt and sitting at the back desk. The stairs to get up to 30 A are a bit steep and narrow, so you have to be careful. We’ve seen many shops in Tilak Nagar change names over the years, but we’ve stayed the same. It’s a practical little spot on the main road.
