Jeevandayani Hospital

Jeevandayani Hospital is over at Plot No 55 on Tehsil Road, right near Sri Sai Baba Enclave in Najafgarh. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren’t from this side of town, but for the people in Najafgarh, it’s a familiar spot. We are situated on Plot No 55, and the building is pretty easy to spot once you get onto Tehsil Road. It’s a dusty road sometimes, especially when the wind picks up, but it’s home to us. The hospital isn't a massive skyscraper or anything. It’s just a solid building where we handle the daily patients. We have a lot of people coming in from the nearby enclave. It’s a local operation through and through. The staff mostly talks in the local dialect and we don't bother with fancy uniforms or corporate policies that don't make sense. We just try to help whoever walks through the door. The waiting area has some old magazines and the fans hum all day long. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we manage. We aren’t interested in being the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to be the place on Tehsil Road that people can count on. It’s a bit rough around the edges, maybe the paint could use a touch-up here and there, but it’s a working hospital. We stay busy and keep things moving as best as we can. It takes effort to keep a place like this running.
