Jeevan Mala Hospital

Jeevan Mala Hospital is sitting at 67/1 on New Rohtak Road in Karolbagh. It’s a very busy part of New Delhi to be in. Karolbagh is always moving, and being on this road means there’s constant activity right outside our front door. We’ve had this spot for a long time. The hospital isn't one of those brand-new shiny buildings you see in the suburbs; it’s a real city building that’s seen a lot of use. We have several floors, and each one stays pretty occupied throughout the day. Most of our patients are from the local neighborhood or people who travel into Karolbagh for work. We don't spend much on advertising or making the place look like a hotel. We just make sure the rooms are clean and the medical stuff is where it needs to be. The front entrance can be a little hard to navigate when there are too many scooters parked out front, but we try to keep it clear. Our receptionists know most of the regulars by name since people tend to stick with us. During the afternoons, the sun hits the front of the building pretty hard, so we keep the blinds down to stay cool. It’s a straightforward operation. We open up early, see the people waiting for us, and handle the paperwork as it comes. It's just how we run things here in this part of town. Sometimes the phones ring more than we can answer, but we get to them eventually.
