Jain Industries

Jain Industries is located over at A-45 in Nanhey Park, right near Bindapur and Matiala Road. If you know the Nawada Metro Station in Uttam Nagar, we aren’t far from there at all. It’s a crowded part of town, but it works for what we do. We’ve been operating out of this space for some years now. The shop is filled with materials and the usual sounds of an industrial workplace. It’s not the quietest spot to spend a day, but we’ve all gotten used to it. We handle a lot of production work here, mostly stuff that people use every day without thinking twice about where it came from. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we absolutely have to; we’d rather be on the floor seeing how things are coming along. Our neighbors are all small businesses like ours, so there’s a bit of a community feeling in Nanhey Park. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow roads around here, but we always figure it out. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to make sure the things we produce are solid and that we can pay our bills at the end of every month. It’s basic, straightforward work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out, but that’s just part of the deal. We enjoy the local atmosphere of the Uttam Nagar area and the people here.
