Jai Infotech is based in Flat No. D2A of the DDA Flats in Shivaji Enclave. We are right there in Rajouri Garden, quite close to Netaji College. It’s a bit of a residential setting, so it doesn’t feel like a cold business district. We’ve been here for a good while. Our focus is on IT stuff, mostly helping people with their computers and software issues. The office is just a simple flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s not fancy, and we don't have any big signs out front. Most of our customers are students from the college or neighbors who have known us for years. We like the quiet pace of this area compared to the main markets. We don't have a marketing department or a polished image. We’re just a small team of people who know how to fix tech problems. If your laptop is running slow or you can't get your printer to connect, you just bring it over. We take a look and give you a straight answer. Sometimes the parts take a few days to get here, but we always keep people updated. We don't use a lot of technical jargon either. We just explain things in plain English. It’s been a good experience being part of the Rajouri Garden community. We just keep doing our work and helping out where we can.
