Our location is Rzd 78 in Nihal Vihar, New Delhi 110041. It’s a bit further out from the central parts of the city, which makes for a long commute for some of us. The area around Nihal Vihar is a mix of houses and small businesses, and we fit right into that. The office for Iyogi Pvt Ltd is a straightforward room in a plain building. We don’t have any expensive furniture or high-tech gadgets that aren't absolutely necessary. It’s mostly just a place with good internet and enough space for everyone to have their own corner. The walls are a bit thin, so we can hear when the people in the next unit are busy, but we don’t mind much. We spend our days answering calls, typing out emails, and keeping the records straight. There’s a small grocery store nearby where we pick up tea and biscuits for the afternoon break. It’s not the most glamorous spot in Delhi, but it’s where we get things done. We don’t have a professional receptionist or a waiting area with magazines. If you come by, you’ll just see us at our desks, probably looking a bit tired but focused on the task at hand. The street outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, so we’ve learned to keep some extra rugs by the door. It’s a real, lived-in space where we put in the effort every single day without any frills.
