We are located on the ground floor at 4B/20 in Tilak Nagar. Since this is mostly a residential neighborhood, it’s a bit quieter than being in one of the big industrial estates. Our office space isn’t very large. We have a few desks pushed together and some computers, plus a small corner where we keep our supplies. It gets a bit crowded when the whole team is here at once. We handle different kinds of system processing and technical support work. Usually, the phone is ringing or you can hear the sound of someone typing away. We try our best to keep the place organized, but files and folders always seem to pile up on the corners of our desks. It’s a very local operation. We usually head out to the nearby market shops when it’s time for lunch. Sometimes we end up staying late into the evening when a particular project is giving us a hard time. That’s just the way it goes. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff members. It’s just a small group of us trying to do a good job for the people who hire us. The front door has a habit of sticking whenever it rains, and we’ve been saying we should fix it for months now. Tilak Nagar is a convenient spot for us to be based, as it is easy to get around the city from here. We just show up every day and get through the work as it comes in.
