Infotech Solution

Infotech Solution is based in shop number one, Block S, right on the main road of Tagore Garden. It is a very busy area with plenty of people walking by on their way to the shops or the market. We have been in this particular shop for several years now, and we spend our time fixing all sorts of computer problems and helping with IT stuff. The shop is on the smaller side and is usually packed with laptops and towers in different stages of repair. It can look a little messy with all the parts lying around, but we have our own system for keeping track of everything. We handle things like installing software, fixing broken screens, and helping neighbors get their home internet working properly. There is almost always a radio playing softly in the background while we work on the machines. We do not have a fancy corporate office or a receptionist at the front. You just come inside and talk directly to whoever is working at the bench. Tagore Garden is a lively place to be, and we get a lot of walk-in customers who live just around the corner. It gets a bit tight when a few people are in the shop at once, but we manage. We are not trying to be the biggest company; we just want to get the repairs done so people can get back to work.
