If you’re coming to see us at Infogain India Pvt Ltd, you’ll find us on the third floor of a building in Ranjeet Nagar. Street Number 16 is usually pretty crowded with rickshaws and delivery bikes, so it takes a bit of patience to reach the door. We don't have an elevator, so everyone gets a little bit of a workout every morning walking up to the office at 2989/1Fb. The space isn't huge, but it fits our computers and a few old chairs for when we need to sit and talk through a problem. Delhi summers are no joke, so we mostly huddle near the AC units and try to stay cool while we work. The sounds of the market downstairs drift up throughout the day, which keeps things from feeling too quiet or lonely. We’ve got some files stacked up in the corner and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. It’s a regular office where we handle our daily tasks without much fuss. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know who likes their tea sweet and who prefers it black. It’s just a group of people trying to do a good job in the middle of a busy neighborhood. We don't have any big slogans on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old photos. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but we keep the windows shut to stay focused.
