We are based over in Vikaspuri at the Panchvati Society, specifically at D-231. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it doesn't always feel like we are at a big media company when we arrive in the morning. Our office is filled with the sound of keyboards clicking away as everyone tries to get their work done for the day. Since we are part of Indiatimes, there is always something happening that we need to keep track of, whether it’s news or just general updates for the site. The space is a bit crowded with monitors and cables running everywhere, but we managed to make it work for us. We have a small corner where we keep the water cooler and some snacks for when the afternoon hunger hits. Dealing with the internet means things move pretty fast, so we don't really have time for long breaks. Most of us live nearby or take the metro to get here, so we’re used to the daily commute and the New Delhi heat. It isn’t always perfect—sometimes we miss a typo or a link doesn't work right away—but we just fix it and keep going. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or modern art on the walls. It’s just a bunch of us in a room in Vikaspuri making sure the content gets out there every day like it’s supposed to.
