We are located in Tri Nagar, specifically at 19/80 in the Main Bazar. Being right in the middle of a market means there’s never a quiet moment from morning until evening. The GPO is nearby, which is handy for our mail and deliveries. Our building is old, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it serves its purpose for our business. We do a lot of work with technical equipment and various supplies. The front door is usually open to let some air in, even if it brings in the dust from the busy bazaar outside. We don't have a website that we update or anything like that. People mostly know us by word of mouth or because they’ve walked past us for twenty years. There’s a lot of cardboard boxes piled up in the corners almost all the time. We try to keep things organized, but when a big shipment arrives, the whole place gets messy for a few days. The staff is just a few local guys who know the trade well. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone. If someone asks for a part, we find it. If we don't have it, we say so and move on. It’s a very straightforward way of doing business in a very busy part of Delhi. The chai wallah comes by twice a day, and that’s when we take a breath and talk about the cricket scores with the neighbors.
