You can find us at D-364 in Tagore Garden Extension. We are very close to the Sabzi Mandi Chowk, so you can always hear the vegetable sellers and the hustle of the market nearby. It makes the mornings very lively around here. People usually come in early for their blood tests before they go to work or start their day. We have the equipment for X-rays and all the usual lab work. The place is a bit small, and when it is busy, people end up standing near the door, but we try to move as fast as we can. It is a practical setup. We have the lab in the back and the collection area in the front. There is no fancy waiting lounge with leather sofas; it is just plastic chairs and a counter for the paperwork. We have been serving this neighborhood for quite some time. The staff knows most of the families around here by now. We spend our day labeling tubes, running machines, and printing out reports. Sometimes the printer jams or we have to wait for a delivery of supplies, but that is just a normal day at a lab. It is a simple business. We do the tests, give the results, and that is about it. Being near the chowk means there is always something going on outside our window, which keeps things interesting while we work.
