Panchvati Diagnostic Centre, Sohana, Mohali.

We set up Panchvati Diagnostic Centre over in Sohana, Mohali, but our main spot is really H. No. 27, Raja Garden, along Kameri Road in Hisar. It is just a regular place where people come when they need their health checked or some tests done. Most days start pretty early because that is when everyone wants their blood drawn before breakfast. It gets a bit crowded in the tiny waiting area, but we try to keep things moving so no one is standing around for too long. We have been in Haryana for a good bit now. My cousin helps with the paperwork and I handle the patients coming through the door. It is nothing fancy, just a few rooms with the equipment we need to get the results right. People from the neighborhood know us by name, which makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup to keep the machines running. We don’t do big ads or anything like that. Mostly, someone tells their neighbor about us and that is how we stay busy. It can be stressful when the lab gets backed up with samples, but we just put our heads down and work through the pile. We just want to make sure the reports are clear and ready when we said they would be. It’s a simple setup here on Kameri Road, but it works for us and the people who live nearby.
