Identity Beauty Clinic is over in the Jwala Heri Market in Paschim Vihar. Specifically, we are at WZ-93, Shop No 2, in the Choudhary Gajraj Singh Complex. If you know Jwala Heri, you know it’s a very lively market with people everywhere and lots of small shops tucked into every corner. Our clinic is one of those spots. It’s not a huge, sprawling place, but we have enough room for the chairs and the equipment we use for beauty treatments. The market atmosphere definitely bleeds into the shop—you can hear the voices of shoppers and the general buzz of Delhi life right outside our door. Inside, we have mirrors on the walls and the usual supplies you’d expect. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there’s always a bit of a mess with towels or products. It’s a very real, working environment. We don’t have a polished corporate look. We just have a place where we do hair, skin, and other beauty work. Most of our day is spent with clients or cleaning up after the last appointment. We’ve been in this complex for some time and have gotten to know the other shop owners around us. It’s a practical setup in a busy part of Delhi. If you’re navigating the market, just look for the Gajraj Singh Complex and you’ll find our little shop at number two. It is usually pretty loud on the weekends.
