Atelier Salon

Atelier Salon is on the ground floor over at A-4/25 in Paschim Vihar. We are very close to Grover Mitai Wala, so if you ever get hungry for sweets, you know where to go after your appointment. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for the older folks in the neighborhood to just walk in without worrying about stairs. We have a simple setup here. A few big mirrors, some decent chairs, and all our tools laid out on the counters. It’s not one of those places with a fancy lounge or a velvet rope. We just have a couple of stools for waiting. The windows are large so we get a good view of the street, which is nice for people-watching when it's slow. We started this place because we liked the area and it felt like a good neighborhood to be in. The walls have a few marks here and there from moving furniture around, but it gives the place some character. We don't spend money on big ads or social media managers. We just talk to the people who walk through the door. Usually, it's just the same faces we see every month. We make sure the water is warm and the scissors are sharp, and that's about it. It’s a basic business run by people who live nearby. We open up around ten and stay until the sun goes down and the market gets quiet.
