Iap Co Ltd is based in New Delhi, right in the Punjabi Bagh area. You can find us at 3 101 in the Palmohan Apartments. Punjabi Bagh is a well-known part of the city, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. Our office is inside the apartment complex, so it feels a lot more personal than a typical commercial building. We do our daily work here, mostly focusing on the administrative and operational side of things for the company. It’s a busy place, and there’s always something that needs fixing or a stack of papers to go through. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team to polish our image. What you see is pretty much what you get. It’s a local business run by local people who understand how things work in Delhi. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic outside makes it hard for visitors, but we just get on with it. We’ve got a couple of rooms set up with desks and filing cabinets. It’s not glamorous, but it serves our needs perfectly. We value the relationships we’ve built with people nearby. Living and working in the same area means we really know the community. We aren't trying to be some huge international corporation; we just want to do our job well and keep things running smoothly from our little corner of Palmohan Apartments.
