We run our daily operation out of F-154 in Adhyapak Nagar, which is over in the Nangloi area. It is a bit of an industrial spot, which really suits the kind of work we do here. We deal with heat control equipment, mostly making sure things do not get too hot or that they stay at exactly the right temperature for whatever our customers are working on. The workshop is usually a bit loud and there is always some metal being moved around or tools humming in the background. We do not have a fancy office with carpets and air conditioning in every corner. It is a working floor where we spend most of our daylight hours. Most of us have grease on our hands by noon. We started small and we have stayed that way because we like knowing exactly what is going out the door to our customers. If a customer calls us with a problem, they usually end up talking to the same person who actually built the part. We are not much for fancy talk or big business presentations. We just look at the drawings, do the work, and get the items shipped out on time. Nangloi is a very busy place with lots of small shops like ours, so we fit right in with the rest of the workers. We have got a few machines that have been with us since we started.
