Hewitt Associates

Our office is located at D-1/50 in Janak Puri, New Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know Janak Puri is a pretty big residential and commercial area. We are tucked away in one of the blocks here. Hewitt Associates has been around for a while, and we mostly focus on human resources and helping companies manage their people. It sounds more complicated than it is. Mostly, we are just looking at data, sorting out payroll issues, and helping with employee benefits. The office is pretty standard. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of filing cabinets that have been here since we moved in. It’s a bit noisy because of the street traffic outside, but we are used to it. We don't have a fancy reception area. It’s just us working in the back. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with clients or in meetings trying to figure out the best way to handle their staff problems. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work. We aren't into big speeches or corporate jargon. We just try to get the numbers right and make sure everyone gets paid on time. It’s a regular job in a regular part of New Delhi. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the furniture in this neighborhood. We usually close up around six and head home in the Delhi traffic.
