Our shop is at Plot No A-99 on the ground floor in Gulab Bagh, Uttam Nagar. It’s easy to find once you get into the lanes here. Hestia Interio Private Limited is what we call ourselves, but mostly we are just the local team doing interior work for the neighborhood. Being on the ground floor is handy because we are always hauling things in and out—wood samples, tiles, that kind of stuff. New Delhi can be a bit chaotic, and Uttam Nagar is no different, but we’ve got our routine down. We aren't doing any high-end luxury stuff that costs a fortune. We just focus on making rooms look a bit better and making them functional for families. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for us to meet and talk through what people need. We get a lot of walk-ins from people living nearby in 110059. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phone and trying to stay on top of our schedules. Sometimes a project takes a bit longer because the rain messes things up or a worker doesn't show up, but we always finish what we start. It’s just practical, everyday interior work. We like seeing a project go from a mess to something finished and clean. It’s a nice feeling when a client finally sees their new kitchen or bedroom all done up and ready to use.
