Guru Nanak Auto Engineering Co.

We are over in the DLF Industrial Area in Kirti Nagar. The shop at 42/25 is where Guru Nanak Auto Engineering Co. operates. It is an industrial spot, so there is always a lot of noise and grease around. We work on auto parts and engineering tasks. It is a lot of metalwork and using machines that have been around for a bit. The floor usually has some oil stains, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We are not a big corporation with suits. We wear work clothes that get dirty by lunch. Kirti Nagar is a busy hub, and we fit right in with the other workshops. Most of our day is spent at the lathes or welding stations. We take on various mechanical jobs that come our way. Sometimes a part is hard to find, so we have to figure out a way to fix what is there. It is practical work. We do not have a receptionist; if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. The heat in the workshop can be a lot during June, but we keep the fans going. We have been doing this for a long time. People know where to find us when they have a gear or an engine component that needs looking at. It is just us doing what we know how to do with machines.
