Our office for Genesis Comnet is at C-1/21 in Sanjay Enclave. If you are looking for us in Uttam Nagar, it is one of those spots that feels like a real neighborhood. We have been working with computers and networks here for a good bit of time. It is not a shiny glass tower. It is a regular building with desks pushed together and wires running along the baseboards. Sometimes the internet acts up and we are the ones who have to figure it out. We spend most of the day looking at screens or talking on the phone with people who are having trouble with their setups. The office gets a lot of light in the morning, which is nice until it hits the monitors and makes it hard to see. We usually have tea delivered from the stall nearby a couple of times a day. It keeps us going when the workload gets heavy. Sanjay Enclave is a bit tucked away, so it is quiet enough to get things done but close enough to the main bustle. We do a lot of troubleshooting and technical stuff that most people find boring. For us, it is just what we do every Monday through Saturday. The chairs are a bit squeaky and the printer has its own personality, usually jamming when we are in a hurry. But we manage to keep everything running. It is a steady place to work and we know the area well.
