We are located in Shop Number 315, over in the DDA Flats in Uttam Nagar. It is a busy spot in Delhi since we are so close to the Uttam Nagar Metro Station. You can actually hear the trains if the street noise dies down for a second. The shop is not huge, but we make use of every inch of space we have for the business. We started out here a few years back and just kept going. It is mostly local people from the flats who stop by to see us. We have a lot of items packed onto the shelves, so it might look a bit crowded to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Being near the metro means there is always someone walking past the door. We open up early and usually stay until the evening. It gets pretty busy in the afternoons when everyone is coming home from their jobs. We do not have a big corporate team, it is just a few of us handling the counter and the stock. We do not use any fancy computer systems, just a notebook and a pen for most of our daily records. The neighborhood knows us well enough by now. We try to be helpful when someone asks for something specific. It is just a regular shop in a regular part of the city.
