You can find Flowmech Engineers on the second floor of C-196/2 in Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase II. Being in an industrial zone like Mayapuri means we are surrounded by all kinds of workshops and factories. There is always the sound of metal being cut or engines running somewhere nearby. Our space is up a flight of stairs that are a bit worn down from years of use. Once you get inside, it’s mostly open space where we do our engineering work. We have workbenches, some heavy tools, and a lot of parts lying around in bins. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit because you’re likely to get a bit of oil or dust on you. We have a small corner with a couple of computers where we handle the technical drawings and the billing, but most of the action happens on the floor. The light comes in through some high windows, and we usually have fans going full blast during the Delhi summers. We’ve been in Phase II for a while now and we know the other business owners on the block. We don't do much in way of advertising; usually, people find us because they were told where we are or they saw our sign from the road. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup where we focus on getting the machinery right and making sure orders are ready for pickup. That's just how we run things here.
