We have our office set up here to handle global services, though we feel very much like a local business. The building is simple, and we have lived with the local quirks for years. There is always something going on in the street outside, from vendors to local traffic. Inside, we have our computers and desks set up for the team. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge area. We just have work that needs to be finished. The heat in Delhi can be tough in the summer, but we have our fans and coolers going. We don't spend time writing long speeches about what we do. We just take the calls, answer the emails, and get the service work done. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need a lot of rules. We just know the routine. It is a modest setup, but it works for what we need.
