Endurance

Endurance is located at C-12 on Som Bazaar Road in Jeevan Park. This area of Delhi, around the 110059 zip code, has a very specific feel to it. Som Bazaar Road is always busy with people buying things and walking to the park. Our place is right in the middle of that daily life. It is not a huge facility with hundreds of machines. It is a straightforward spot where we have the basic gear for people to use. I am usually there early in the morning opening the shutters while the rest of the street is just waking up. The air is a bit cooler then, and it is the best time to get things ready. We have some weights, some mats, and enough space to move around. The walls are mostly bare, and the lighting is just regular bulbs, nothing fancy. We do not have trainers in matching outfits walking around with clipboards. It is more about people coming in and doing their own thing. Sometimes we have to move the equipment around to make more room, and the floor gets some marks from the heavy plates, but that is just part of it. I like being on Som Bazaar Road because you feel connected to the neighborhood. You see the same people going to work every day. It is a simple life running a place like this in Jeevan Park, but it is honest work and we like the community here. We just stay open until the street gets quiet.
