Our factory, Eastern Capsulations Pvt. Ltd., is at 69/5-A on Najafgarh Road in the Industrial Area. This part of Delhi is always moving. It’s full of warehouses and workshops. We specialize in making the capsules that hold medicines. We have these specialized machines that run almost all the time. The building itself is an older industrial structure, so it has its quirks. The plumbing is a bit temperamental and the paint is peeling in some corners, but the production area is kept strictly controlled because the capsules need a certain environment. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of people. We’re a medium-sized team and most of us have been here for over ten years. We know the rhythm of the machines and can tell if something is wrong just by the sound it makes. Najafgarh Road is notorious for its traffic jams, so getting our raw materials delivered is always a bit of a gamble with time. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team in suits. We just rely on the fact that we do our job steadily. Every day is pretty much the same—checking the batches, keeping the machines clean, and making sure the orders are ready for the trucks. It’s a basic, functional life and we’re happy with it. We don't need things to be fancy to get them done correctly.
