We operate out of Vishal Bhawan in New Delhi, right in the middle of everything where it is always loud. Hemant Malhotra is the one who keeps things running around here most of the time. It is a bit of a crowded space, if we are being honest about it. We have files piled up on the metal shelves and the phone seems to ring quite a lot during the middle of the day. The name Dkjfkjdfjkdkjfkjdfj is a bit of a mouthful, and we are well aware of that. People always ask us how to spell it correctly, and we usually just laugh and point at the old letterhead. We are not some big corporation with hundreds of employees in suits. It is just a few of us trying to keep the orders moving and the local customers happy. New Delhi is a very fast place, so we try our best to stay on our toes. The building is getting old, but it has a lot of character that we like. Sometimes the elevator does not work, so we just take the stairs and count it as our exercise for the day. We do not have a marketing team or anything polished like that. We just do the work that comes in through the door. If you stop by, you will probably see us drinking tea and staring at the computer screens. It is a regular job for us, and we just show up and do what needs doing.
