We are located at A-14 in Phase-2 of Mayapuri. If you know the industrial area here, you know it can be a bit like a maze with all the different blocks and phases. Our unit isn't the biggest one on the street, but we keep it busy every day. We focus on industrial production, which means there’s a lot of metalwork and machinery involved in our daily routine. The floor is usually covered in scrap pieces by the afternoon, and we have to clear it all out before we go home. It’s a loud place, especially when all the machines are running at once, so we’ve learned to communicate with just a few words or hand signals. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time, so we have a good rhythm going. We don't spend much time on paperwork or fancy meetings; we just get to the machines and start the day's work. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs a quick fix, which slows us down, but we just deal with it and move on. Mayapuri is a tough place to work because of the heat and the constant movement, but we like being part of the production hub here. We just try to get the orders finished on time so the trucks can pick them up without waiting too long in the traffic.
