Mmtc Limited has this branch over in Budh Vihar Phase 1. Specifically, we are at K 1 11 8. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a kettle for tea that gets a lot of use throughout the day. People around here know us as just another local business trying to keep things running smoothly. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. Most of our day is spent handling paperwork and talking to people who come by with questions. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but you get used to it after a while. Being in Phase 1 means we are close to the main markets, which is handy when we need to grab supplies or lunch. The building isn't new, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We’ve had some long days here, especially when deadlines are tight and we are all rushing. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or expensive art on the walls. It’s a working space, plain and simple. We like it that way because it feels more real and honest. Every now and then we have to move things around to make more space, but it’s our home base and it serves us well.
