Goldy Minerals

Our place, Goldy Minerals, is located in Bali Nagar at 523/16. It’s a straightforward operation where we deal with mineral water. The space is mostly taken up by rows of large blue jars and crates of smaller bottles. It’s a bit damp inside sometimes because of all the washing and filling, but that’s just part of the job. We have a small area near the front where we keep the books and take orders over the phone. Bali Nagar can be a bit tight for the bigger trucks, so there’s always a bit of shouting and maneuvering when a delivery comes in. We start early in the morning when the air is still cool, loading up the tempos to get the water out to the offices and homes nearby. The staff here are mostly local guys who don't mind the heavy lifting. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just make sure the bottles are clean and the water is delivered when we said it would be. Sometimes the loading ramp gets slippery, or a bottle leaks and makes a mess, but we just mop it up and keep going. It’s a very practical business. We’ve been at this address for a while, and people know us by our old delivery truck that has seen better days but still runs fine.
