We operate out of B-5 in Phase-1 of the Mayapuri Industrial Area. If you know Mayapuri, you know it's not a place for shiny suits or fancy cars. It's a place where things get made, fixed, or broken down. Our building is a solid concrete structure that has seen a lot of use over the years. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of machinery and people moving crates around. I spend half my time in the small office area and the other half out on the floor making sure everything is moving like it should. There’s usually a bit of grease on the floor and the smell of metal in the air. It’s a busy environment and we don’t have much time for sitting around. We have a small crew of guys who have been with us for a while, and we all just know what needs to be done. We don't have a big human resources department or any of that corporate stuff. We just work. The trucks come in and out all day, and the tea stall at the corner is where we usually end up at the end of a shift. It's a tough neighborhood sometimes, especially with the traffic and the noise, but it's where we belong. We just focus on the job at hand and try to get it done properly.
