At Cybershield Global It Services Private Limited, we work out of the second floor at D-108-A in Hastsal Vihar. This is part of Uttam Nagar in West Delhi, so it’s always a bit of a scramble getting around. The area is really packed with houses and shops. Our office is just a regular floor in a residential-looking building. We don't have any big flashy signs out front. You just have to know which door to go in and then head up to the second floor. It’s a bit of a climb but not too bad. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to each other. It gets a bit warm in the summers, even with the fans going, but that's just how it is in Delhi. The pin code here is 110059. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and we like the local atmosphere. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood rather than some distant company in a business park. We usually bring our own tiffins for lunch and eat together at our desks. It’s a simple way to run things. We don't do all that fancy corporate stuff because it just isn't us. We are just a bunch of people working in West Delhi, trying to keep things moving. It’s honest work and a decent place to be for a small team like ours.
