Our place is located in Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase 1 at Plot No. A-46. We are right near the metal forging unit, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Mayapuri is a busy, dusty part of town and our building fits right in. It is not the kind of place with a big shiny sign or a clean glass front. We have a lot of stuff piled up inside, and the walls have seen better days. Usually, you will find one or two of us at the desks near the front while the rest are busy in the back. The noise from the street is constant, especially with the heavy forging work happening nearby, but we don't mind it much. It is just the way things are in an industrial zone. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, handle the orders, and keep the equipment running. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the road gets blocked by a big lorry, and we just take a minute to wait it out. It is a very hands-on environment. Most of our day is spent dealing with paperwork or checking on materials. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. We just rely on people knowing where we are and what we do. It’s a simple, hardworking life here in Phase 1.
