We are located at H-17 in Bali Nagar, which is a fairly quiet part of New Delhi compared to the main roads. We have been working with computers and tech parts from this building for a good number of years. It’s mostly boxes and cables piled up around the desks, as we are always busy fixing something or setting up a new system. People come by when their laptops stop working or if they need a specific part that’s hard to find. It’s not a shiny showroom. It’s more of a workspace where things actually get done. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and testing hardware. Some days are really long, especially when a repair takes more time than we thought. The neighbors know us as the guys who know about chips and motherboards. We don’t spend money on big signs or fancy decorations. The floor is often covered in bits of wire and screwdrivers are everywhere. We just try to get the machines running again. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but the fans keep us going.
