Our office is tucked away on the first floor of C-211 in Vikas Puri. If you know New Delhi 110018, you know it can get pretty crowded around here. We spend our days surrounded by computer parts, monitors, and a lot of cables. It’s not the neatest place you’ll ever see because there’s always something being taken apart or put back together. Being in Delhi, we see a lot of different people coming through the doors. Some just need a quick fix and others have bigger problems with their systems. We aren't a giant corporate showroom with shiny floors. It’s more of a practical workspace where we focus on getting the hardware to behave. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud you can hardly hear the fans on the servers, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been in this building for some time and the neighbors know us. We keep a stash of spare parts in the back room just in case. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the boxes stacked up. We just show up every morning, unlock the shutters, and start working on whatever is on the bench that day. It is honest work and we try to keep things straightforward. If something is broken, we tell you. If it’s not worth fixing, we say that too. It’s just how we run things in Vikas Puri.
