Cleave Global,Noida

We are based at C-144 in Mansarover Garden, which is a nice residential pocket in New Delhi. Even though the name says Cleave Global, Noida, this is where we actually sit and do the work. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads, but you still get the usual Delhi noise during the day. The building is a standard house that’s been converted into an office space, so it has that lived-in feel. We have our desks set up across the floor, and it’s a pretty tight-knit group working here. There is no big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and see us working. The garden nearby is a good place to stretch your legs if the weather isn't too hot. Finding the place is easy enough if you follow the block letters. We’ve had to deal with the usual issues like the water pump acting up or the parking being a bit tight when everyone arrives at the same time. It’s a very practical way to run things. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on what we are doing. It's a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but that's just the neighborhood right now. It’s a solid, reliable place to work from and we’ve grown quite fond of this corner of the city. We often have a quick chat with the neighbors over the wall during our breaks.
