Cico Technologies Limited

Our office is located in the MIG Flats in Vikaspuri, specifically GG-I/132-A. It’s a typical New Delhi residential area, so it doesn't really feel like a big corporate headquarters. We are Cico Technologies Limited, and we’ve been working out of this flat for some time. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with the desks and the storage, but we make it work. Most of the neighbors are families, so we try to keep the noise down. We deal with all sorts of construction tech and chemicals. There’s always a stack of papers on someone’s desk and a half-finished cup of tea somewhere. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one so people don't get lost in the blocks. The walk from the main road is short, but it can be dusty in the summer. We spend our days talking to contractors and checking on orders. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important and we take it seriously. We have a rhythm here that works for us. Sometimes we sit out on the small balcony for a break when the weather is decent. It’s just a simple office in a regular apartment block. We aren't fancy people. We just like to get our work done right and then go home to our own families at the end of the shift.
