At Ccg Solutions Private Limited, we work out of Flat No. 555 in Site-I, Vikas Puri. It’s a residential area in New Delhi, so the atmosphere is quite different from a downtown office district. The flat is our main base of operations, and we’ve set it up so we can get our work done without much distraction. Vikas Puri is a well-known neighborhood, and being in Site-I makes it easy enough for us to commute. We don't have a big staff or a multi-story building. It’s just a few of us in a regular flat, surrounded by computers and stacks of paperwork. The kitchen is usually where we take our breaks and have some tea before getting back to the grind. We don't really use any of those big marketing words to describe ourselves. We are just a small company trying to do a good job from our home base. The windows look out over the colony, and you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have any slick presentations or corporate mottos hanging on the walls. We just come in, sit down at our desks, and work through our projects until it’s time to go home. It’s simple, maybe a bit cluttered, but it’s our space and it serves us well for what we need to do on a daily basis. We try to keep things moving as best as we can.
