It’s not a fancy corporate park with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, we’re right there in the middle of where people live, which means there’s always the sound of kids playing or someone’s TV in the background. The office is a bit cramped because we’ve got a lot of equipment and files packed into the rooms. We try to keep it tidy, but with the amount of work we handle, there’s usually a bit of clutter on the desks. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where we end up talking about our weekends. The commute to Bindapur can be a bit of a stretch for some of us, but we’ve gotten used to the route over the years. We don't have a big sign outside, just the number on the door. People who need to find us usually know the way. It’s a practical workspace for a team that’s mostly focused on getting through the daily list of technical tasks. We don’t do much in the way of ceremonies or big meetings; we just sit down, do the work, and hope the internet stays stable throughout the afternoon.
