We are located in the Mayapuri Industrial Area, specifically Phase II, at C-117. Being Broadway Steel Furniture Manufacturers means there is always a lot of noise from the machines. Mayapuri is a busy place full of workshops and trucks. Our spot at C-117 is filled with metal sheets and the smell of welding. It is not the cleanest place because of all the grinding and cutting we do. We have been here for quite a while now. The floors are concrete and usually covered in some kind of metal dust. We have a small corner where we keep the records and take our breaks. It is mostly just hard work from morning until evening. We do not have air conditioning in the main area, so it gets very warm. We use big fans to keep the air moving. The street outside is usually blocked by some truck loading or unloading stuff. We know all the other guys working in the nearby units. It is a tough environment but we are used to it. We just make things out of steel and try to keep the quality decent. There are no fancy offices here, just the workshop and some storage space. We stay busy with whatever orders come in. It is honest work and we have been doing it at this same address for years. We just keep the machines running and the work moving out the door.
