Bosch Rexroth (India) Limited is based on the second floor of Advance House, which is tucked inside the Ark Industrial Compound at Marol Naka on Makwana Road. Being in Andheri East, we are right in the middle of a very busy industrial zone. There is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background, but after working here for a while, you don't even notice it anymore. The office itself is pretty traditional with solid desks and a lot of cabinets for all our paperwork. We aren't a high-tech startup with bean bags or anything like that; it’s a very functional and practical environment. We have been at this location for a good number of years and know the other folks in the compound quite well. Getting to the office through the Andheri traffic can be a real struggle some mornings, but we all manage to make it in and get started. We spend our time dealing with technical things and making sure all the industrial parts of our job are handled correctly. There isn't anything fancy about our setup, and we don't go in for big corporate speeches. We just show up, do our jobs as best as we can, and head home when the day is over. It is a steady, no-nonsense kind of place where the work always comes first. We just keep things simple and keep moving.
