Birlasoft India Ltd

Birlasoft India Ltd is tucked away on the 2nd floor of NS 14 in Mianwali Nagar. This is over in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, with the pin code 110087. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. The office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everyone in comfortably enough. Mianwali Nagar is a decent area to work in. There are plenty of places to grab a quick bite nearby, which helps when we’re staying late to finish up something. Our space is pretty lived-in. You’ll see some old folders and maybe a few spare keyboards lying around. We don't have a cleaning crew that comes in and makes everything look perfect every hour. It’s a real workplace where things get a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a big project. We don't do much in terms of self-promotion. Most people who work with us have been doing so for years, so they know where we are and how we operate. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home. It’s a straightforward way of running things. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to for a special reason. We like keeping it casual and focused on the actual work. It is just a normal office life for us.
